 Need to return your item?

W are sure that you will be very happy with your new clothes! However if you do need to return an item... (Hey it happens),

Then Not a problem.  You may return within 14 days.

All Refunds will be issued the same way in which the item was paid for.  Please note it may take 3-4 days 

for the refund to show in your account. 



How To Return Your Item

Please fill out the return form that comes with your order

and post to the address shown on the form.



Please Note. 


  • Please take extra care when trying your items on.
  • Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced.
  • All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
  • We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery. Glamour Pad will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customers behalf.
  • In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
  • If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
